Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you bought.

Within 14 days

If you're not happy with an item, email support@quietrebellion.dev within 14 days of buying it. Include your Twitch username and what you bought, and we'll refund you in full. The item is removed from your account.

Problems with a purchase

If you were charged but the item didn't unlock, or you were charged twice, contact us any time and we'll fix it or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds after 14 days, or for accounts that repeatedly buy and refund items. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
